INTRODUCTION.
Hiya fellow Slade fans and you are probably wondering what is the point of this blog? - Well, I don't know how many of you are already aware of this, but for the past decade or so I had been working on Mickey Parker's blog, From Roots To Boots http://sladestory.blogspot.com/?m=1 , which I repaired, restored and completed for him, after all of its visual content got wiped out. And I have single - handedly been keeping it going, by updating every single Slade + related release, as Mickey himself lost all interest in it!
However, for reasons which only he himself can best explain, it would seem that my services are no longer required over there, despite my desire to keep it undated on a permanent basis.
Therefore, this blog will continue from my last post over there ( UPDATES ) and my endeavours will continue.
I had no wish for recognition over there, but, as I am not even credited as a "Contributor" any more, I can claim to have worked on every post bar four new additions, which he has now slotted in himself, so it was very important to me and I am very proud of what I achieved on there!
Unfortunately though, I must apologise that I have had to exit that blog leaving so much unfinished work left to do over there. On my "to do" list still to do was to place all of the posts in chronological order, repair broken "Next Page" links, link in my lost 4 - Shared Download links with links directly to Nigel Sartin's "Slade In Wales / Slade Feel The Noize " sites' Downloads and replace all lost YouTube videos with those that actually play! All of this is now out of my hands and Mickey, himself was not even aware of all of this!
Anyway, upwards and onwards and all that!
I have a new blog to start!
